In order to provide exceptional services we have made arrangements with various caterers to serve your special needs. Our Caterers will be happy to assist you and help you plan your entire event from the hall rental, bar services, food selection, entertainment, etc. Professional and friendly staff are committed to providing you with the finest services.

Please contact the businesses above if you would like food served at your event. Food from other providers cannot be brought into the hall. As an extra service the caterer can handle your entire event needs including hall rental, bar services, food, entertainment, transportation, decorations, etc.

• Hall Rental Fee (up to five hours) - $600
• Each Additional Hour (over five hours) - $100 per hour

• Community Room Rental Fee (up to five hours) - $100
• Each Additional Hour (over five hours) - $25 per hour

Beer/Wine/Mixed Drink/Soda - Full Open Bar (Up to four hours - No shooters/No Shots)	$12 per person (100+)

• Bar Services not available for less then 25 guests.
• Bar Services are closed during dinner for 30 minutes and closed 30 minutes prior to end of function.
• Mill Creek Fire Company/Chambers Memorial Hall reserves the right to refuse service to any individual that does not present a valid ID proving bearer is of legal age (21 and above) to consume alcoholic beverages.
• Mill Creek Fire Company/Chambers Memorial Hall has the right to refuse bar serve to any individual. Refunds will not be issued for individuals/guest refused bar service.
• Alcoholic beverages must be purchased from the hall. No alcoholic beverages are permitted to be brought onto the premises of Mill Creek Fire Company.
• Bar Service not available when renting the community room.

All prices subject to change without notice. Signed contracts are not subject to a price increase unless agreed upon services are changed.
